How it works

STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP straight from your CAD. A 3MF project from Bambu, Orca or Elegoo works too, with colours.
- 2We get it ready to print
In the same software and with the same settings we then really print with. We fit as many pieces as possible on each plate.
- 3You see the price and delivery date
The price per piece, including packaging and shipping, and the exact day your order arrives.
- 4You pay by QR code and we print
A proforma invoice arrives by email. We match the payment automatically and send a photo of the batch before dispatch.

Frequently asked questions
Which files do you accept?
STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP up to 50 MB. We also read 3MF projects from Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or ElegooSlicer, including the colours of each part.
How is the price calculated?
We slice your model with the same slicer and settings we use for printing. The price comes from print time, material, plate handling and shipping to your country. You see it at once and it is final, excluding VAT.
What is the largest part you can print?
One part up to 246 × 246 × 256 mm. A larger model can be split into pieces or scaled down, and the calculator suggests the scale for you.
Which materials do you offer?
PLA for most parts and merch, and PETG for parts that need more resistance to heat and impact.
When will I get my order?
The calculator shows an exact delivery day based on the size of your run and how busy the printers are. We usually ship within 48 hours of payment.
Where do you deliver?
To Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Austria and Germany. The calculator shows the shipping cost and delivery day for your country.
Why only bank transfer?
Without a card gateway we do not pay a fee on every payment, a fee we would otherwise have to add to the price. We match your QR code payment automatically by its payment reference and the job goes straight to print.
Do you invoice companies without VAT?
For companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT number, where we ship the goods to their country, we invoice without VAT as an exempt supply of goods to another member state. We check the VAT number directly in the European Commission's VIES register.
What if my model cannot be printed?
The calculator warns you, and we work out the price by hand within 24 hours. You pay nothing until you confirm the proforma invoice.
