Corporate gifts from 3D printing: ideas, prices and lead times
You can order a corporate gift from 3D printing online in a few minutes: upload a model or logo, see the price at once and we make a run of 1 to 5,000 pieces. Small items with a logo work best, such as magnets, stands and key rings, and they cost a few euros each.

Why personalised 3D printed items with a logo
A catalogue gift is in the hands of dozens of other companies, and the only difference is the print. An item made from your logo has a shape, colours and relief that nobody else has. The recipient has no reason to throw it away because it is useful: a magnet stays on the fridge, a stand holds a phone on the desk, a key ring is in the bag every day.
We print with FDM in PLA and PETG, in up to four colours, so the logo can be made in your brand colours and is not just a sticker on a finished product. For a smaller company it also matters that you do not need an expensive mould. A run of ten is as easy to make as a run of a thousand.
It is also a matter of brand. If a gift surprises someone, the client mentions it to others. A catalogue item rarely gets that attention.
Gift ideas for employees and clients
- Relief magnets with a logo are the cheapest way to get into a client's home. Details are in our article on custom fridge magnets.
- Phone or business card stands sit on a desk for years.
- Key rings with a logo or an employee's name also work as a welcome pack for new joiners.
- Holders for cables, pens and headphones solve the usual mess on a desk.
- A custom shape, such as a miniature of your product or building, when you want a gift nobody else has.
For employees it is worth adding a name or a year. For clients, a logo and a short web address are enough. If you have no model of your own, you can start from ready-made files, as we describe in free 3D models, but watch the licences.
Budget and price per piece for runs
The price depends on size, the weight of material, the number of colours and the quantity. In a larger run the price per piece falls because the set-up cost is spread out. As a rough example: a relief multicolour magnet with a logo, 80 × 48 mm, costs around €1.67 per piece excluding VAT at 50 pieces, including delivery to Germany. You see the exact price of your item at once in the calculator, just upload a model.
It helps to think about the whole campaign. A hundred small gifts with a logo often cost less than one larger gift from a shop, and people remember them longer. If you are not sure whether to choose 50 or 200 pieces, see how the price changes with quantity in the calculator.
Lead times before Christmas and events
The biggest mistake is ordering in December. Before Christmas, trade fairs and company events, production slows down at every supplier, so start a few weeks ahead. First have one sample made to check the colours and size, and only then order the whole run.
If you have a fixed deadline, write it in the order and we will tell you whether we can meet it. We deliver to Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Austria and Germany, so you can also send gifts to your branches abroad.
How to choose a gift for the recipient
For a client, choose something small and useful. An expensive gift can feel like an obligation. A magnet or a business card stand is a light gesture that asks nothing in return.
For employees it can be more personal. An item with a name, a company anniversary or a team slogan feels like recognition, not advertising. In larger companies it works well to make one shared run and a few pieces with names for key people.
For a conference or a fair you need many cheap pieces. A simple shape that prints quickly and cleanly is the right choice. If your logo has fine details, we help adjust it so it looks good from a metre away.
One more tip. Put a web address or a QR code on the gift, not a long text. People remember a short link and they click it.
Gifts and tax: ask your accountant
Companies often ask whether VAT or income tax applies to business gifts. The rules differ by country, for example the value limit for small gifts and whether the cost is deductible. Ask your accountant what applies in your country before you order. This section is general information and not tax advice.
