How we work out the date
- We print on 2 Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 printers, but not around the clock: we count 16 hours of printing a day per printer, Monday to Saturday.
- Paid and running jobs are in the queue. Unpaid orders hold capacity for 48 hours, then it is released.
- Parcels go to the courier on working days. So the date in the calculator is the day your parcel leaves, plus delivery to your country.
Why it is often sooner
Some orders in the queue are not paid yet, and some never will be. The latest date counts them, the earliest date does not. We can also fit small jobs in between large batches.
Over 100 pieces
Larger batches are planned separately on dedicated machines, so they do not hold up anyone else. We confirm the date after you order.
